Rental Policies

Booking/Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 1/2 the rental fee and a signed rental agreement.
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days in advance.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.
No refund unless there is an emergency if you cancel less than 14 days in advance.

*We understand that emergencies occur. Please call us to explain the situation and we will consider waiving the cancellation policy.

Pets

We allow renters to bring one dog with them. No cats are allowed due to allergy issues. Please contact us if you want to bring more than one dog. We will consider the request. There is a $100/stay fee per pet

Security Deposit

Your reservation will include a refundable security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. If there is any evidence of smoking in the home, on the porch or in the garage, you will forfeit the full security deposit.

House Rules

Check in for Wee House: after 3:00 PM
Check in for Beach House: after 5:00 PM
Check out before 10:00 AM
Maximum overnight guests: 13 for Beach House / 3 for Wee House
Minimum age to rent: 21
No smoking allowed
