Located at 110 Forest Avenue in Frankfort, Michigan, the beach house is a 2-story home with a large wrap-around porch. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 separate upstairs, a sunroom, large dining table, living room with a gas fireplace, and a spacious fully-stocked kitchen. There is room for 13 people to sleep. The main floor has a large (king) bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite. This bedroom also has a day bed and trundle, both twin beds. The front upstairs has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a shared bathroom. This upstairs also has a sundeck. The back upstairs has a large room with a king bed and a day bed with a trundle, both twin beds. This room also has a desk and printer for working remotely. There is also a sleeping loft bedroom with a twin playhouse bed. These bedrooms use a main floor bathroom.


The home also has a laundry room that is fully stocked, books & puzzles, board games, sand toys, sand chairs, beach towels, beach bags, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks and floats. It also has a gas grill.


The Beach House is available for weekly rentals a couple of weeks each year.
